The people with questions to answer......

This website is about the murder of Teresa Halbach in 2005. Two men were convicted of her murder in 2007, Steven Avery, and his nephew, Brendan Dassey. Their cases became worldwide famous when they featured in a Netflix documentary called 'Making A Murderer'. The first season aired in late 2015 and the second season in 2018. I believe both Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey are innocent of Teresa Halbach's murder. We also believe multiple people lied throughout the investigation in 2005 and the trials in 2007. The people that lied were private citizens, members of law enforcement, State employees/experts and members of the prosecution team, this website will try and expose some of those lies and misinformation.

The people listed here are not being accused of committing crimes, but they have given changing statements/interviews and/or trial testimony that were potentially, or definitely, inaccurate and/or incriminating against Steven Avery or Brendan Dassey. Their words helped frame the negative narrative during the murder investigation and subsequent trials.

The majority of the statements are law enforcement's typed summary of the interview, therefore some of the people interviewed may not have even seen the typed summary of their own statement/interview. This website provides them with an important chance to review the accuracy of everything they said and confirm or deny all of the words attributed to them.

If the people interviewed say their statements are correct and they also stand by any trial testimony, then Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey deserve to know why the people below said what they did.

If anybody was threatened, coerced, blackmailed or bribed to say anything in particular in their statement, or at trial, then they should be honest about it now. They should talk about what the pressure they were under was, because if they do, they potentially have the power to help Steven and Brendan's cases, or the chance to at least be honest and set the record straight.

If any of the people featured on this website provide answers to all, or some of the questions listed for them on their individual page, then their answers will be published (answers must come from a verifiable source, i.e. a Facebook account proven to be theirs, or similar). All questions are asked directly to the person named on each page.

People Involved In Avery's 1985 Wrongful Conviction Who Also Have Links To The 2005 Case - These people were directly involved in Steven Avery's 1985 wrongful conviction for sexual assault and/or gave depositions during Steven Avery's civil suit, which was halted when he was arrested in the 2005 Teresa Halbach case.
